Aside from getting the attack speed shitcanned in this patch it's also self-canceling itself so you rarely, if ever, get the 2nd or much less the 3rd bonus damage strikes out of it unless you play very, very carefully.

I bailed on blitz ultimately. The stacks are pretty quick to fall off, but mainly the attack speed was pretty redundant for cyclone and the huge negative crit chance was actually a problem for me since my weapons have no local crit bonus.
