The Beta patch is up on Test and they've made a lot of good changes to crafting and harvesting. There isn't any PVP until it goes to Live but it finally feels like a game. I still haven't experienced combat but I'm looking forward to jumping in once it hits live.

Not worth 1k for sure, however at 350 for the RIft S it's not a bad price and there are 10+ games out there to get into aside from this and most are only 29 bucks or less. I really like the FPS games in VR.
