One thing with rogues is later when you have raids that are strings of bosses in a row their disc cool downs are significantly faster than monks. It's a non zero thing and you can certainly argue having burns for the important bosses is more important than having a weaker burn for all bosses...

You can bypass almost any particular part of the bard epic. some parts have level requirements and other's don't. so that's something to be aware of if your character isn't level 50+

You mean the velious cleric legs? You can click those from your bags and you can do it at level 1 which is pretty wild. A lot of the velious clicks are usuable at level 1.

there's 2 AA lines for resists, there's mana regen, there's HP regen, and there's attack lines of click AAs. all of the damage shield perm buff clicks are not AAs though.

Getting one or some of them for a series is different than getting all of them at the same time.
