Yeah man, Vault is one of the roughest mythics on heals until you unlock Court of Stars. Elevator boss is annoying as fuck and last boss can have some pretty terrible walls, but if you can heal a Vault then you can heal any of the other ones. Last few pulls in Nelths Lair are pretty bad to heal...

If paladins are using their skills while not at max holy power they are completely gimping themselves.

You can switch your look spec, right click on portrait and change loot spec to tank. Also yeah you can get the same loot again pretty sure.

BTW, for people farming old content or a ton of mobs out in the world I suggest you make yourself Bear Tartare. Every single time you get any kill you get a 5 sec buff that gives 70% movement speed. On top of that, you can finallly use your cirspy bacon since you're probably never going to die...
