Yes, all areas but one will scale with your level, or at least that is the plan. So you can quest anywhere you want.

I actually had a LOT of fun playing the game. Only when playing with friends though, it had my favorite VS type gamemode (that wasn't a moba or fps) since L4D. Doesn't entirely surprise me it's shutting down though, especially since they didn't... really do anything with the game.

Well, they took the easily accessible route, which isn't necessarily a bad thing imo but I'm not sure how intricate it's going to be. There are the obvious triggers and detailing but it seems like as much as that exists - they are still only presets within the game. I'm not sure how it works...
