By technical definition, correction is 10%. SPY hasn't reached that, but the QQQ has.

Someone bought the PSTH dip. 23.13 all the way back up cleared over vwap and testing 24.50.

This was his previously stated goal. Also recent tweets last week said a PSTH deal comes before PSTH II listing (which the S filing was submitted in January). Lots of hype and expectations, but with a long enough time horizon, it doesn't matter to me. This is retirement fund money.

I dont trust the upswing today, on a Friday of all days. As @Sanrith Descartes said, the employment numbers means inflation. 10yr yield already spiked on the news, which is typically downward pressure on the markets. Buyer beware.

PSTH trading under $25 after hours. That’s broken a pretty critical level that has held for some time. SPY also lower. Hopefully we get a big violet correction tomorrow and get this all over with.

Wasn't there some docs recently showing that something like 80% of PSTH holders are institutional? I mean, I can definitely see big funds manipulating to shake the paper handed retailers into selling their quality SPACs at nav prices.

I mentioned yesterday, we blew through significant macro support and pivots on both SPY and QQQ. This is why I am mostly cash. We could turn around at any minute, or search for a bottom.. if we hunt down, the nearest support is a long way off. (QQQ already pushed through the 100 day moving average)

Yep, watched that last 5min candle of SPY volume explode. But yea, weekend, end of month, and sitting at a very critical level.. no surprise that no one wants to hold over the weekend.

This is such a good point. What are markets going to look like next month when we hit the 1yr (cap gains date) from market bottom? Profit taking at the tax advantage. Going to be a fun ride.
