I bet you could measure it. Start a timer after you tag tracer. Maybe combine it with your proximity to tracer after being tagged. Add time to "time spent chasing tracer" if you re-tag her after so many seconds, and are within her "aura".

Tracer should have the stat "enemy time spent chasing Tracer" for the scoreboard
