    Most easiest and mindless for a first run would be colossal weapon and max out str/vig. Most trash mobs you can just stagger non stop. Than just dodge/smash bosses.

    On a serious note, its like anything else. Play it enough and you get better. I struggled to beat it the first couple of times with spirit summons. Now I've beat it on several different builds without spirit summons.

    It's labeled "Contains: soy", since soy is one of the major allergens. However, most soybean oil is high refined which involves removing the protein that causes the allergeic reaction. Hence, a lot of items that just have soybean oil don't have to declare it on the list of allergens.

    Late 80's early 90's is when they pushed hard against dairy/butter/saturated fat and started loading everything up with margarine, trans fat, and soybean oil. Read the packages today, damn near everything has soybean oil in it now. I don't buy that shit anymore.

    If you're feeling bloated also try cutting back on regular fluids. I've always hated the latest buzz around "hydration" and how much people should drink. Your body will tell you when you're thirsty.

    Never felt bloated from a pre-workout, but I've only tried two brands honestly. Right now I use Ghost pre-workout and haven't had any issues so just stuck with that.
