I was on top of the ship with most of my guys when I triggered the 8 turns until death shit. Chrysalids have more tiles of movement per turn than ours. So even though I bee-lined it to the exit. As I got across the map, a swarm of 8 of them slowly picked off whoever was just a little too behind.

Well just learned out the hard way that the Adept is much more limited due to the restrictions on Cyberware. May have to just let the Adept abilities go. The cyberware is far more beneficial I think.

The Alamo Drafthouse chain in Austin is known for it. Youtube some of the "kicked out of Alamo Drafthouse" videos. They're pretty funny. The theater is Nazi as shit about talking/phones/laughing/etc. Especially for new releases. Overall it's a pretty awesome place though.

I'm having a lot of fun playing as a Water Mage. The Water AOE's are incredibly efficient to kite groups with since the vortexes heal you while damaging the enemies. The hang glider is a good touch! I'll see about getting a dedicated box up and running with my laptop for the time being.

My guess is that the Volm device is a planet killer or some shit. Deny your enemy ground and resources no? Goes along with the generations long game of cat and mouse that the Volm/Ashveni have been doing.
