Game needs skills to make sword and board better, as there really is no reason I can see to not just 2h and rapeface. Not that it isnt viable, I just dont see a need for it. There needs to be some skills that require a shield or some shit instead of just using shitloads of AP for far less...

Since Dota brings in heroes from different realms, in my head I think of Juggernaut as the First Sword of the Seguleh from the Malazan series of books. The mask with the marks on it and the blade seem fitting to me anyways.

I think if Im a captain vs IG I first ban Lycan and especially Ember Spirit every time. Ferrari's Ember is another level than any other player in dota with that hero. With regard to brood, yea tweak was the wrong word...the hero needs changed completely it just causes too many issues.

Navi doesnt practice and scrim hard like other teams do (they've said as much), and its evident. Now, the rest of the world has caught up. Puppey is just not on the same level as other supports imo and his drafting is out of date with the meta, not to mention his hero pool he is actually good at...

Im curious to see how well Fnatic continues to play with Xcalibur, I havent seen them play this well before he started standing in for them. Obviously not for this TI since Era will be back in time, but for the future. Guy is really fun to watch.
