Game is a complete time vampire, just like civ/homm. In fact, the game literally is what you'd get if you smashed civ5 and homm5 together. Not saying that's a bad thing, especially if those kinds of games are your bag.

Each character is tied to their own individual "story", so yea that's really the only way. You can't even join a public game is the host is further along than you in the story.

Yea it's not an ideal system, but it's all there is for now. Be kinda funny if at some point the game reaches a breaking point and there are not enough new characters being made in order for their to mobs to kill.

Create an online game with that char, or join an online game. That'll get you more monsters to farm.

So what do I need to install to actually play on this server? I pressed a button in the jungle fortress and the game instantly went to about 1/100th of a fps, major lag in every other area, lots of the terrain isn't loading and is seethrough etc.

Just buy the gems, making them is a pain in the sack and only saves you a pittance of gold.

Phone authenticators suck anyway. I've had to send them a copy of my DL 3 times to get authenticators removed when changing phones. And before anyone asks, yes I wrote down the serial number and restore code, it just never actually worked right and let me back in to the account without calling them.

Environment looks amazing, I'm all for the idea (was already a survival fan), animations look like ass though. Need to see some mechanics though before hopes go up.
