Took the wife to Gunnison Beach up in Sandy Hook, NJ a little while back- (the greatest public nude beach on the east coast IMHO) ...and saw several dudes walking around, totally naked, with clinical micro-penii. For me, it was kind of like a trip to the flea market or Walmart-- when I left...

Look at the crowd in this shot. I'm no prude by any stretch, but why would someone be inclined to take their clearly-juvenile children to the Fremont Solstice parade?
