With NiN you can hit the two mudra combo between GCD's. Or I used to be able to. I can't remember if they have many other abilities off cooldown.

I live in Connecticut. If I try to pop two OCD abilities between each GC I lose about a half a second. I could give two shits but some people are really upset and it's amazing. I guess if you were going for world firsts? Like who cares about world firsts in FF?

I don't know how viable it really is to make those changes and how much they want to spend on them. Would it be helpful? Sure. Is it worth hundreds of hours of programming and testing? Probably not.

Yeah, this is a hold over from a different time of MMO's and they need to just scrap it.

What the MMO genre needed was another open world PVP MMO with generic crafting systems and borrowing themes from survival games. My guess is the 250k isn't their budget but just a goal to use Kickstarter to get the name of the game out there as a marketing mechanic.

Maybe I am smoking crack. I thought when I was doing Demon Hunter in season 6ish that there was an item that did more damage based on missing life. It was for a solo GRift build based around impale. Perhaps I was thinking of speed based on life missing?

There was no cap on points. If you didn't like what you picked, pick something else. Though the devs should have been working to make better the shit skills. It's not the players fault that a skill sounds awesome but in actuality is retarded.

Bard was always the class you could tell the shitty people to play and do well. None of the classes now can perform well with a shitty player which I think is a huge mistake. You always need one class to be a one button warrior.

Archon is a super fun build. I really enjoyed it when I did it.

I've heard rumors about the cross class skills but I haven't seen anything concrete yet. With PotD it takes like 2 hours to get quelling strikes. That place is legit amazing.

Those numbers are almost assuredly phony. There are so many programs out there right now that artificially increase your numbers.

All I have gotten from this so far is that Cohh is the worst split puller in the history of Monks. Game still looks like a decent reskin of EQ *shrug*

Yeah but TI is a minimum 8 hours if everyone at the table is well versed and you use a timer for turns. I've never had a game of TI last less then 10 hours.
