Oh, you're playing EE's lab farmer? I've never played that build, so I'll leave the recommendations to someone else. Cyclone and Cleave just seems a bit redundant since they're both AE clear skills.

Why are you using cleave and cyclone?

That triggers when you stop taking damage. Oh, it says when you stop taking damage over time specifically...nevermind. Yeah, I'd probably run that if I didn't like endurance charges. Or need the all res from them. Blood Rage doesn't need to be in the CWDT setup though?

Why the blood rage in that scenario?

How do people usually tune their CWDT level? I go for level 1 if I want the supported spell cast as soon/often as possible, which seems rare. Otherwise, I mostly set it to whatever a savage hit is for character at the time. Also, why isn't CWDT + Vaal Grace more common?

My strategy is to use 4L until you get to the blood aqueduct. Great zone for exp, usually 150M/hr, and it drops humility cards. Farming that zone until the exp drops off at 72 should get nearly a tabula. A good starter build should be able go with a statless chest for a while.

Yeah, I saw his build, wasn't particularly impressed by it, it was missing some itemization. I think I'm doing something wrong because I can't get a LT-CWC-Arc build to much more single-target dps than a starter sunder build. And the latter will be much more tanky.

I'll admit I'm pretty inexperienced when it comes to casters in this game. EK/Blade Vortex is the only one I've played. I like EK, but the spin-up time on Blade Vortex fucking blows. My question is how do casters typically deal with life leeching, especially now with the nerf to Warlord's...

Vaal pact changes make me hesitant to try a caster, especially one that requires close range. I was not a fan of warlords mark nor giving up a support for life leech.

Ice Crash's stages are exclusive. Any monster hit by one stage can not be damaged by the other two in the same attack. Not sure if you were going for that with your comment in that brackets. What I mean was that the dps seems low for a starter build. The sunder build I have specced out for...

Are those items insanely cheap? Wings of Entropy seems like it would be low dps.

My plan is to go Sunder Gladiator since it's pretty easy to gear(no crit, no accuracy) then QoTF Raider Wander. I hate upkeeping flasks with Pathfinder even with a macro.

Even without the shockwaves(how often was that happening?), cleave's single target isn't much more than sunder's. I mean, unless you're bored of sunder, then go cleave! Got me a pair of raven wings from turmoil.

If you're going self cast, it's really hard to compensate for the health cost. I'm not even sure you can do without VP.

Bisco's nerf is kinda annoying, doesn't this make it even worse of a must-have? Unless it's so fucking rare that amount of Bisco's available just isn't enough to affect the market. Even if that sunder bug happened every time, that's really only a knock to its single target damage. Shouldn't...

No nerf to sunder, unless you count that bug fix. No idea how often that was happening. Dark pact has the minion tag now, even when self cast?

Comparing it to cleave is likely accurate. Decent but with shortcomings that are easy to overlook as density and attack speed ramp up. Never really approaches what you can do with sunder or cyclone. My main problem is the turn speed is horrible.

A lot of people, especially on this forum, did not play Destiny 1.

Not sure this is the right genre for Tarantino, but it at least would be better than the Abrams reboot filth.

My mistake, I thought you were referring to popular starter builds, namely sunder(1H axes) and SRS.

They certainly didn't play Rhody's injury that way in Civil War. I'm not going to go back and watch it, but I seem to remember the implication was it's the wheelchair life for Rhody. Injuries matter or they don't, can't have it both ways.

So a slayer will still be able to roll 46% continuous HPS instead of 70%. That's still plenty powerful. Wonder if it's worthwhile to consider slayer over gladiator for my starting sunder character.
