The already Scourged rares that drop would have been a fine place to adjust drops such that they were really rare but somewhat decent.

I'm only at the start of white maps but every dropped rare with the league mechanic corruption sprinkled on top has been unusable.

I legit have no idea how to gear up a character through the story so when the league mechanic doesn't hold my hand in some way through that process I get to maps frail as a kitten. Combined with how murdery Scourge is and I'm going to have to pretend that button doesn't exist for a while.
