For melee? I would honestly just switch to a controller, or spend the time rebinding keys to what makes sense to you. For ranged change right click to aim/reticle and that really makes it feel better.

Keep spheres unless you are getting carted a lot then upgrade, always a better armor around the corner.

Once you have the teleport and vine all the other jumps are either you can get there from somewhere else or you missing a pipe or something you can land on first.

5th edition has some problems with class balance for sure, paladin/warlock is broken, totem barbarian is broken, Bladesinger in the hands of a min maxer can stack certain attacks as well for insane one shot hits.

I have beaten it a couple times now, CC traps(ice nade, bear traps etc) plus auto damage turrets has gotten me both wins. Also crit daggers, as long as that third hit lands it auto crits.
