Get near death ill will take the weight off. When it first happened 6 years ago I went from 195 to 175 pretty quickly. I gained most of it back pretty quickly as well. I'm down to just over 160 now pretty quickly again.

I think that's about what I have experienced as as well. Nothing ever knocks me out. The less pain the more likely I am to stay up forever.

Does anyone have a scale of the effectiveness of pain medication. I have a multitude of prescriptions. Tramadol, Oxycodone, Hyrdocodene, Percocet just to name a few I have handy here right now. Some I've never taken. The pain is kind of moving up the scale. Not a fan of the number scale by the way.

I'm kind of burnt out on PoE as well. I was never hardcore end game player. Once I got shaper down a few times it lost it's appeal. I don't craft much and once I crafted a few usable items that was the end of it really. I didn't go past act 3 the current league.
