I've never been a huge fan of those types of setups. Encounter the boss and hit Vaal Haste, Vaal Lightning Trap, Wither Totem, Orb of Storms, etc. All the while the boss is pushing your shit in while you aren't leeching. Obviously, wither totem is too powerful to not use. But beyond that...

Been theorycrafting with my dark pact build as I level up. MoM seems to be popular, but for this type of build, wouldn't a blasphemy and temp chains or enfeeble get you more effective HP?

Challenge accepted! 38 so far, leveling fine. Had some leftover regen gear(mainly leafspring) that I slapped on my character. Seems to be ok when augmented with a life flask for packs, and a sulphur for magic/rares.

The travel time and close-range aiming has always bothered me about ST. That instant you throw your weapon and you aren't leeching can be very lethal. Some mobs get on your sides outside of the cone, you can miss them easily. But, that aside, I don't think anyone has said ST isn't a tier 1...

Dark Pact looks enticing but it violates my stupid "can't regen while moving" rule. Hmmm, decisions. RF or DP? Also, trying to figure out why DP is so much more popular than other PBAOE skills.

Not exactly what you're looking for, but close. It was what I was building towards before I got fed up with the whole paradigm of standing still(to dps) as your only method of sustain. Also, the build is expensive.

That's EE, which is easy to proc. The crit from shield charge seems a bit hard to consistently keep up EO. But it could be that pack density while leveling is part of the problem. RF feels alright at my level. It has a problem of not translating your actions into damage, so it can feel weak...

Someone recommend me a damage while moving build. It seems standing still is the death of me. I thought trying a ranged non multistrike build would help. But I still just end up in situations where if I stop to blink arrow, I stop leeching and die. Probably my fault, but I do feel the game...

It's more likely multistrike that's getting you "stuck". This is the downside to that sweet more attack speed multiplier and 2/3 attacks auto targeted: you dodge like a sleepy fat guy. Play a build without MS, it's quite different. That said, PoE could still use some improvement in animation...

How does not using a Kaom's Heart not make a build worse? You're missing out on a lot of max HP. My point with the leech nodes is that they're far away from the wand nodes, doesn't matter where you start. I might have to reevaluate whether Kaom's Heart will be a super expensive build...

Comparing builds with that much currency investment seems pointless. What build isn't overpowered when you give it near-perfect mirrored items? I liked wanders just fine, it was powerful but really only provided the benefit of KB. Wander doesn't do anything else better than a bow build...
