Basically this. I can eat healthy three meals a day and not feel like I'm missing out. That being said, I agree that a cheat meal a week is probably not a bad idea. Also, I went 6 months without caffeine two years ago, and while it's doable I couldn't imagine why I would want to again.

Black Hog Brewery (local CT brewery) just came out with a double IPA they call Piglet. It's 8.8% and 88 IBUs and for some reason is the smoothest IPA of that hoppiness I've ever had. If you get a chance I highly recommend it.

The 120 is really more of a gimmick in my opinion. It's interesting drinking a single beer (albeit quickly) and feeling the effect though. I really like the 90 minute, but the 60 minute doesn't do much for me.

Even with alternating wet wipes and dry TP sometimes I get poops that require a ton of wiping. It's half diet half hemorrhoidal I think. When I get the oily miracle wipe poops it can be one wipe, and sometimes it can be 20.
