You can also shoot the shield straight up in the air while one is on the ground. The cool down starts as soon as she fires it in the air and doesn't replace the shield on the ground till the one in the air hits the ground. You may not get the perfect placement for it that way, but it can help...

Orisa + RH is really good. It is really great to spam down shields. If I see someone play Orisa I try to pick RH now.
