I installed the Fall Update tonight and so far so good. I had a problem with my Gsync monitor that was producing a black screen, but switching Gsync in the Nvidia control panel to "fullscreen only" instead of "fullscreen/borderless window" solved it. I love seeing my GPU usage in task manager now.
