Middle-earth: Shadow of War (Shadow of Mordor Sequel)

Nah, my argument is that the MTX is some tacked on bullshit that all the pearl clutchers assumed the game was designed around. Obviously we won't get this data, but I'd love to see the number of people who paid for more than $15 worth or so of gold. It just makes so little sense to dump $$$ into...

@Utnayan So I broke into Act 4 this weekend. Like others have said, you have to beat 20 progressively harder Fort defense/assault missions. Now I could either spend some time prepping for each fort mission by: 1. Exploring the game world and collecting captains by engaging through the handful...

lol online battles. tldr: The attacking and defending orcs take one bus to the fight, if you max out the number of defending orcs you can bring, the attacking player only gets one follower to bring :D

@Ossoi got my sous vide, cooked a chicken breast on it. I cooked it at 145F for 2 hours. Was pretty good. I've been able to get similarly juicy chicken breast via a slow cook on a grill and in the oven, but not nearly as consistently cooked (edges over, inside OK) and only with great effort...

In what ways do fat support motor function in a method that can be described by F=ma?

Apparently fucking not. I always thought this guy who injected oil into his muscles was retarded, but how much gains did he get from injecting oil into his muscles?

OK, what if I threw on a couple 5lbs plates on my pecs, then wrapped a couple ankle weights around my triceps? edit: Do you do your bench presses with a running start to boost the a in your F=ma?

What kind of bonus to my bench would I get if I put a 45lbs plate on my gut before a big lift? I still want to hear what Gravel is thinking because I might learn something about how the body utilizes fat content for muscle control or recuperation, but I have no fucking clue what you're talking...

Answer is 0, champ. What is 0 * 30lbs? ps. you're a friggin' nerd edit: @Gravel If I wear my 16lbs chainmaille vest, how much will that boost my bench?

How much acceleration does 30lbs of stationary fat impart on a weight?

I think there's a terminology disagreement on what impressive means here. To me, if some weak chubby guy starts goes to the gym and progresses from 100lbs bench to 400lbs bench over a few years, but keeps all his fat, I'm impressed. The guy worked hard, fat or no, and can now move a tremendous...

Yeah, but it has too high of a chance to corrupt him. One shame was enough and he served me well. I depart the region and hope he lives a strong life. Truthfully, he made the game way too easy it was boring. The combination of a fire-god like Az-Laar and my warmonger gear made me invincible.

Thanks. Right now my plan is to join a nearby powerhouse when I max out my squats/deadlifts on the dumbells I have, which go to 130lbs. It might be better to just switch early, but I want to see my plan through.

Middle-earth: Shadow of War (Shadow of Mordor Sequel)

After many epic battles where me and Az-Laar dominated the enemy in a torrent of flame, Az-Laar saw fit to betray me. He gained the Iron-Will trait, making it impossible for me to dominate him. I shamed him, though I wish him success. I don't know if I'll ever find an orc as perfectly built as...

I've heard of a lot of benefits to doing HIIT sprinting. I might replace my morning workouts that are focused on continuing my physical therapy workouts for my shoulder with it, or just some normal running.

I'm no hiking expert but unless some hike-bro answers my recommendation would be to look online on how to start hiking. The only thing I do know to be careful of is to take care of your feet. Keep them dry and avoid blisters which can set back your hike-gainz.

I don't even think the Mountain would be that powerful in LotR terms. He'd basically be a rather large uruk.

So back to me being a newbie: I did leg day yesterday, is it normal for my legs to feel like jelly after only my third set of squats? Or is that an indication of me being a pussy / doing them wrong / having a shit diet / whatever? Is it going to get easier even as I progress into higher weights...

I think this post is a pretty prime example of what I mean when I said narrow minded. The guy probably wants to look like some huge fat guy, so that's what he's going for and he's totally succeeded. It takes a lot of work to be a big fat guy who can do reps of 400lbs, and it's impressive whether...

I'd agree with you if a dude could get a 400lbs bench by just being fat. Is a 200lbs person benching 400lbs more impressive than a 300lbs person doing it? Of course. But if you take a fatty who never lifted a day in his life, they're a long way away from benching 400lbs.
