Well the 24 man is raid finder, so its cross server. Shouldnt be a problem finding tanks for that. The endgame content is still 8 man. They plan to put more turns into Coils, which is some of the laziest shit I have ever seen in an endgame.

Unfortunatelly White mage threat is so severe, no matter how good a job you do he can rip a mob off you instantly I wrote a Tutorial on how to manage WHM threat in there broken ass system, but even doing your best job of trying to not taunt off the tank it will occasionally happen.
