I think she's definitely trying to drive a wedge between him and Roose,perhaps with an attempt on her life . I do so enjoy the "sweet Ramsey" scenes with his step mother though haha.

He does have a small band of "loyal" miscreants in the books. His troops are all Bolton men and loyal to Roose though. Its also heavily implied that Ramsey's men are spies for Roose. So while he's dangerous its not like he has an army as long as Roose lives. If he dies though all bets are off.

If they had opened it with in a day or two with the understanding they would be merged in a few months after Kunark at most it would not have been a big deal. Probably way to late for that now though. They are acting like they forgot how to merge though since they are letting servers languish...

That's why you merge them in a few months. Its not that fucking hard to understand. Even a spineless blue hair like you can figure it out.
