I'm assuming you finished the Magnus main story line and used the PEN box for something else? But yea, buying PEN boss gear is pretty cheap, just be patient. These days the only PEN attempt you should be tapping are Weapons or Accs, imo. Keep those Caphras though since you'd need them anyway...

That is how it is supposed to be since it adds to the oppressive feeling to that area, mainly to support the quests in that area that highlight how shitty Bearers are treated. I thought it was one of the better ambient tracks, because fuck those Bearers.

Hm, loaded the game back up, picked Continue and it placed me just before the final encounter. So I guess I can go do all the stuff I hadn't finished yet, maybe that'll let me hit 100%.

Ah well, guess I'll be forever stuck at 90%. Yet, maybe I'm missing something. There are activities you can do which are unrelated to the Story, so how do you do them after finishing the Story? Are they just available in NG+ by default (Stages / Time Trials)?

It is a recent thing where the dev team has started making the various msq's mandatory when they all got the cinematic reworks, and they all suck ass. The game engine is just horrible at...

If you mean the Story characters, they have a reason to destroy them as they wish to change society. If you mean the NPC's, they are very aware of what is happening and are quite scared.

If you're tv/monitor supports hdmi 2.1 / VRR, use Balanced mode for HL, looks great and a stable 60fps. Much better than resolution or performance modes.

Did you get beyond that screen to see how it works, or just nope out immediately? I did and it's more than just jumping back into the fight shown, the one I selected out you at the very beginning of the overall encounter, so noped out. There is a similar, but complex activity that opens up...
