Check your auto saves, should have one just as you entered the zone.

Rogues get skills later that allow you to disengage from combat and or go invisible mid combat, this allows them to backstab. Early levels they are a weak fighter with blind instead of knockdown.

2hweapons work great, morningstar and greatsword rogue is beast, sneak up and WHACK! Best if you go invisible for backstab attempt.

My wizard is a beast, have to manage roots and extra damage abilities but I feel over powered as fuck at level 30 unless I am fighting 3+ mobs. Leave shit broken just like in EQ, the second you focus on balance and not cool shit it isn't EQ anymore.

This might be intentional but if you root a caster it fucks up your shit, very bad to root pets because they just cast every round instead of auto attacking with a few spells in between. Most of my deaths have been from rooted pets heh.
