Heh, looks like Amazon made Smilegate change the "race" of certain NPC's (from white to black), but they haven't changed them in the Story cutscenes where they appear in their original forms, lol.

Yes..ok. The costumes give you a minimal stat boost that won't keep you alive, and not having one isn't going to stop you from doing content, lol.

Not sure. I believe the Alpha is limited to a few days, with beta's coming later in July-Sept (Oct release).

It is the control setup that I find clunky, actual combat feels smooth and responsive. I didn't look around the settings much, but I would prefer to use 1-4 and QWER for skills and Shift +1-4 for potions.

They are working on unlocking each class, so far it's been the Gunslinger and Martial Artist that have been unlocked (we got the female Gunslinger so far). Patience.

Considering their current issues, I wouldn't be toooo optimistic about playing much today/tonight. Tomorrow is when several sponsored streams will be going on, so they are probably focused on getting to a point that will work (though the Alpha has been playable this week for those streamers).

I can't see them not allowing for some form of PvP. My biggest concern right now, given that it will have a big open world is whether or not the game will have a map. I'd prefer NOT to have a map at all... let the game world be so well designed that you'll always know where you are in relation...

I think all From games look like they have low res textures.

Armor has no visual effect at all. You get a base outfit based on class, anything else comes from RNG cash shop or maybe the Auction house afaik.

It could work on nVidia cards if nVidia wants to allow it to do so. I can't find it atm, but there was a tweet by an AMD dev stating that having FSR work on nvidia cards (even olver ones) was just a "proof of concept".

Yea, I'm on Ship 2. Played all day, no server crash, but lots and lots of lag. Hit lvl9/6 with Gunner/Force with power lvl of 952. I guess you can't have a Ranger/Gunner combo using Rifles for some reason. I had wanted to use Blight Rounds, but I guess its a Main class skill.

Servers are pure trash at the moment. Someday a company launching an mmo will release with enough capacity.

Its sad that there is zero indication that Blizz/Acti want to progress WoW from Azeroth. Lets have a true cataclysm that leads to WoW 2 (as if anyone at Blizz has an idea what that could be).

No need to cast anyone other than the original VA for HJ, can just edit in a CG hologram for all his parts. He is the most iconic character in Borderlands, so it will be very very odd to have some hollywood actor try to be HJ, imo.

Pretty much. That is why I felt getting blackstar armor/weapons was the most efficient path for me and my casual play. I only have 3 upgrades to work towards at the moment; two TET Distos and a Garmoth Heart. The disto's will tank my DP a bit, but they should put me in the 281 bracket.

This game seems one of those Asian mmo's that are filled with bloated systems.

Depends on how much you want to grind, plus whatever other daily income you can get passively. If you can grind the higher end spots for several hours a day, you can hit 1b/day. When I was logging in each day, or keeping the client running while at work, my worker empire would make quite a lot...
