Never felt bloated from a pre-workout, but I've only tried two brands honestly. Right now I use Ghost pre-workout and haven't had any issues so just stuck with that.

I've also noticed a dip in performance going from pre-workout to non pre-workout, so I'd say go back to taking it. Your options are more cardio or eat less. I know you said you're worried about losing gains, but as long as you continue to workout and get plenty of protein, I wouldn't worry about...

Their gains are esentially the same as they track the same stocks. The difference is qqqm has a lower expense ratio at .15 while qqq is .20. The downside to qqqm is it has less liquidity/volume than qqq so not ideal for option traders etc.

I can only speak to Fidelity but it is usually comparable to what people quote others as using. They've added a ton of features lately around options that I like as well, on top of general QoL features.

Commercial rating has more to do with how often its used, not so much with how well it performs. For example a residential microwave may get used once a day where as the ones we use in our cafeteria probably gets used 50-100 times a day. Both work the same, one just has more duty cycles before...
