Ended up going with a 1080Ti for a good price to replace the 1070's i had in SLI. Wanted to go single card as there seems to be less and less SLI support especially with games moving to DX12. Sold one of hte 1070's to recoup some money, not sure what to do with the 2nd as both kids already have...

I was the same way. Bought a ton of RPGs and havent been able to get into any of them (witcher3, DDOS2, PoE2 etc..). This is the first one i've actually put more than 40mins into.

Dont know what it is but really digging the way the graphics are done in DQXI.

This is the same reason I gvae up my corsair scimitar. Could only comfortably use some of the buttons. Hex is perfect because all 7 thumb buttons are easy to reach.

I feel like for speed kills the timer should start the second you take an action to iniate the fight (laying down affinity booster, drinking dmg pots etc..) Lot of time wasted just running to destination.

I really like my Razer Naga Hex. Just enough thumb buttons without getting too small/hard to press. Roccat mice are also the shit and highly recommend.

Wasn't there another game where people got around this by having a controller hooked up but played with KB+M ?

I liked battleield because I didnt like the arcade type nature of CoD or the ultra realism of Arma. BF lost me as it moved more and more towards COD with larger maps.

I want to say the Royal Burst (Rathian Gunlance?) is really good.

Here's a good tip: You can always go to a camp during a mission to restock.

Come hang out in discord and get wise infoz and/or join in the hunts. Not about being carried but just having a good time. Its been said by others but we were pretty much all in the same boat for those of us that played on PS4.
