This is the kind of timeline I use to give back in the day when I was coding and they wanted a timeline guess. I would just throw some massive number out there and they would approve. In this example I would spend 34 weeks doing other things and the last 2 weeks finishing the project.

I really doubt they have any input other than keep the numbers up. I want to warn people the company that bought DPG is leveraged to the max. If the market takes a nasty turn which is likely its very possible it will put that company into bankruptcy.

This is a basically a Korean mmo made by an American and every Korean mmo pvp is Dance Dance Revolution.

Like most I suspect that Selo server will be used for the next TLP with whatever rules they decide on. I know people are hoping for a new server sooner rather than later but I just dont see it. I also doubt they even know at this point what the next server rules will be. I just hope they are not...

First few months of Selo were great.

We had some GMs tell us back in classic 1999ish in FoH that we had to stand in a dragons AE and could not use corners to avoid it because they considered it an exploit.

I always say take the dumbest thing you think DBG might do. Then take that idea one step more and thats what they are most likely to implement.

They cant even show your current subscription time in game.

All they would need to do for a casual server is to have selo experience and remove all flagging for any DZ. OW would still require the flagging requirements.

The race to get into x place is always the goal which requires numbers and organization. Killing the mobs has always been a foregone conclusion once the requirements to enter has been met. The biggest issue is they still have is there is no end game with these TLPs. I mean Selo still doesnt know whats going to happen with them. Are they just going to be the only live server with AOCs and Truebox still enabled? All the dead servers which will limp along for years just wasting space...

Everything i said in my post was factauly true. If it was scanning or not I said I did not know. My point was the lag issues started months before Aradune and coincided with the data center move in February.

While this could be true I dont know. But the fuller story is that in the middle of Feb when they moved host Mangler started crashing every 24 to 48 hours. They let this happen for 6 weeks, server would start lagging then crash. It happened about 30 times over those 6 weeks before they finally...

Doesnt really bode well for any new server releases being stable at all. We all remember how terrible Aradune was for over a month.
