The potato uproot leveling made no sense to me before I understood the game and makes even less sense now. There's so much important shit to spend labor on, blowing it on uprooting potato's seems like a waste.

They will, they have no choice. If they tweak labor to remove the ridiculous offline labor penalty and kick AFKers it'll help a lot. I think they can also comfortably increase the server cap.

I took sorcery, but occultism works fine too. You get your second tree at 5(20 minutes into the game) (I took shadowplay to get the stun) and third tree at level 10 (1 hour into the game).

I don't think it's hugely critical at an individual level. Put into simple terms having a large farm just gives you a daily supply of revenue. I don't know how many minutes it would take for a new level 50 to generate as much revenue as a large farm generates in a 24 hour period though.

I was more asking whether they had a system to check the damage done and reduce the XP if you just tagged a mob and a high level annihilated it. I didn't know there was a buff on packs of >8 mobs that aggro'd you. Did they put that in just to stop AE farming?

Could be, or they found an exploit. Usually the first people to cap do it via exploits. But 24 hours is very doable with a team of people. The hard part about the tagging PL is that the PL team can't level effectively, so you'd need something stupid like a different group of people for each zone.
