Well, I think it's the carbs because I've experienced similar effects after eating a couple loaves of bread and cheese in one sitting. The carb/sugar overload does something. But you're right, I don't know exactly what the cause is.

Over Thanksgiving I had a cystic zit that evolved into a massive, swollen, hard lump on my cheek/jaw. I think it was from too many carbs, as I've noticed I tend to break out when I binge on empty carbs like pizza rolls. I think I need to back off a little.
