Most of my non ETF holdings is in biotech with a lot of catalysts in Q4. My biggest holding is BCRX, then the rest spread out over KMPH, ADAP, APRE, SELB, and a few others. Otherwise I'm just selling puts

If I'm bullish I just pick an aggressive strike when selling puts. For example I sell 15$ strikes on BCRX when it drops below 15$. It usually bounces back over 15 and I keep the premium, or I just get a stock I like at a much cheaper price.

DIS was stubborn all day at 170.40, but finally broke over 171 in power hour. Good thing I went further out on the strike for my calls since this bounce is taking longer to develop than the others

Just pick a stop loss % and stick with it, its not hard for a call option to go from -10% to -40% real quick.

Call options move fast and big relative to actual share price, especially if you pick a short expiry. But they go down just as fast as they go up.

In today's day and age I'm reluctant to take a large corporations statement at face value. It's like wall street before the big crash. Instead of companies sounding the horn, it was just a game of hot potato of who could unload the assets first before the house of cards officially fell.

I see no reason to sell long term holds and ETFs right now. They'll recover from this the same way most of them recovered from covid, the February correction, etc.
