EQ2 definitely had a guise quest you could do in Nektropos castle. I'm told it was nerfed later to be rogue type only. That shit is classic right there.

I'd pay a nominal fee for DLC campaigns if they're as good or better than the first. I also like dota 2's direction where they approve your shit, put it up for a price and you take a cut. Seems like that would be the best way to keep the content chimnies smoking.
