My point is that the quest grinding system is old, over and done with. People will PAY to bypass that. How about make a game where the leveling part isn't boring and, frankly, draining? Or... just let the players pay to get over and done with it faster. Sounds like a game I want to play...

A big yes to playing dominion to learning hero mechanics and combos.

If you think you've got a couple heroes nailed down, don't be scared to just jump into normal games. Watch some pro streams here and there and spectate friends who play the same roles you do who have been playing more and talk to them.

Last I had checked in, pretty much everything had been nailed down. Notice that I said nailed down and not just reported. YL is a boss. We're ready to go through content at a moment's notice. Edit: When this shit's done it needs to be put in a museum.

Failing hard at treated rankeds like normals :P. Realizing you can slip into the pits of doom and have to stop playing for 28 days for a reset does wonders to encourage frustration.

There's limits though. Like spending 3 hours of your night waiting for the 20 minute marker and not going afk before it so you don't get reported.

The battlegrounds (were supposed to) push territorial control, unlock access to attack fortresses and ultimately the city if you took 2/3 fortresses. So it wasn't (was because it didn't work for months) totally pointless. Plus, I thought the PvP and progression was kinda fun.

Promotion series 3/5 games with 2 people leaving /never loading into game (always my team!). Best to realize its a marathon, not a race and just play it like unranked but sticking to my best heroes. We'll see how long it takes for me to lose it again with ranked lol.
