How many skills does a game need? PoE, which is apparently the be all end all of amazingness and choice and build diversity, is a game where you use... 1 whole skill, maybe 2 if you're playing one of the few builds that uses 1 skill for single target and 1 for aoe clear. Throw on a movement...

And even then PoE doesn't have all that "crazy shit" he wants. Just another example of someone who doesn't actually play ARPGs coming in to say this game is going to suck.

Agreed the first was the best. I liked the 2nd quite a bit, too. Third was kind of disappointing although I think my main problem with it was how hard they forced Halle Berry into it along with some terrible cgi. Kind of want to see this in the theatres but holy hell I just looked at prices...

Flashbacks of chasing fallen around in D2 as they run 20 miles every time 1 dies but ocd means you have to kill them all regardless of how annoying it is.

"Handful of builds per class" so lets say there are 2 or 3 builds per class and 5 classes. That's 10-15 "viable builds". You think there are significantly more than (or even as many as) 10-15 viable builds per league in PoE? Shit, for a long time there were significantly less than 10 viable...

Well i'm at about a 1/10 on enjoyment in the late game. Tried the lvl 75 mono lagon a bit ago, 2nd half got way too chaotic and I just ended up getting chain stunned to death once I got hit once (made it a while before something hit me but once I got hit I just couldn't move til I got hit 4...

That's a problem with basically all games/movies/every other kind of story these days. Nobody can actually be the good guy/bad guy. All the good guys are actually secret scum bags who have been hiding it their entire lives, duping the world, and all the bad guys are actually just misunderstood...
