I've never used high movement speed farming that didn't have a way to avoid monster collision. A necro only using FbD wouldn't have a way to reliably skip packs.

There's a pretty fun Monk build for farming T13 involving Uliana's, Goldwrap, and In-Geom. The monk is definitely better than the necro there due to the ability to blow up packs on sight.

There's a lot about the Necro that wasn't finished. The class items while leveling are pretty much unusable since the added damage scales poorly or not at all. Though, I wouldn't use steamrolling TX as a baseline for "OP". Any class should be able to do that.

I don't know if I'd classify sunder as OP since it kinda sucks single target. Still, very fun skill. I haven't tried wild strike, now I want to. Ice Crash can't be supported by multistrike, which puts a somewhat low ceiling on it.

You can probably finish the Season Journey with it. The Akkhan set hasn't been properly maintained though. Last time I used it to do a Season Journey was when TX was the highest difficulty. Thorns and bombard are you other options.
