Arkk's Weight Lifting / Fitness Thread

You can do the basic two part process that I'm doing, which basically consists of: 1. Lifting a bunch of weights and eating a bunch of food for some number of months (bulk) 2. After some number of months, reduce food intake to a caloric deficit (cut). It's fall, so it's the perfect time for a...

Yes. Before about 5 days ago or so I hadn't eaten breakfast in two months. It was super easy until I ate a cup o' oats.

If only there was a way to combine MTX and QTE together. Maybe an orc themed credit card scanner that, if you're quick enough, can be used to save you from death when on-screen notifications happen.

Yeah I ditched the lean gains diet on the second day, both because of your previous recommendation and because of morning cravings that were distracting me at work. It is truly remarkable how much more hungry I became literally the day after ditching my ketogenic diet. I literally ate one cup of...

Max rendering option is 8192x5120. I think only some Samsung prototype phone can render at that, but it really shows you how advanced the game is.

Wow, the difficulty is really innovative in this game. Instead of rendering on my primary monitor it's on my left portrait monitor. It's tough controlling Aragorn while craning my neck and having a low horizontal field of view, but conquering the challenge is really satisfying. a+++ game

@Tarrant is the guy at the bar washing down his misery in alcohol and fighting anyone who tries to bring up that he's only going to wake up worse off than he is. I'm the guy using the alcohol to accept and enjoy my misery. Of course, all misery will come to an end when the perfect game comes...

This future game of the year is coming out in a few hours in SK. Anyone got a VPN I can use to unlock it for when I get home? I guess it releases midnight in local time zones, so it'll be all unlocked in Russia by the time I need it.

Cool, I'll remember that for next year when I cut. Right now I'm just focused on increasing strength. I'm not really that worried about accruing a little bit of fat, and am aiming for a surplus of 500 calories. I'm more focused on increasing my lifts and lifting technique than size, but my rough...

I just watched these videos, what's the utility of doing them for someone trying to bulk? Is this just some conditioning that will help me with cardiovascular endurance so I can do my big lifts more easily?
