I disagree, boiled chicken is not delicious. Boiling does nothing to enhance the flavor the meat whilst guaranteeing you will overcook it.

You want to know why boiling is common and traditional? Because it's easy and required parts consist of pot, fire, and water. None of those should be used as proof as the preferred way to cook chicken. Or any meat for that matter. Would you boil a beef tenderloin?
