I have noticed a very stark contrast between the survivability of my monk and crusader. My crusader died last night to some avenger leapers that I just couldn't keep off me after blowing all my wrath. Stupid move on my part, definitely, but I couldn't remember the last time I had died before that.

No can do. Monks need the extra mitigation from OWE(and STI) to make up for DEX -> Dodge sucks. You don't have two required defensive passives, do you? Or in the case of Xevy, required active skills?

WoTHF has a 16% attack speed bonus. DR has 33%, and CW has 13%. My overall point is that I don't want to be locked into 1 spirit gen, 1 mantra, 1 passive(2 actually because you should have STI too, 3 in your case because you kept OWE). That is not a solution to the OWE passive problem.

I think you're underestimating how demanding some applications on a laptop and desktop can be. Phone SoCs come nowhere near the required power for those.

There's a reason Blizzard made a "joke" about the balance of Dashing Strike in the 2.0.4 patch notes. Nothing else really compares. You can get sort of close with heavy CDR and Steed Charge, but that won't go through wallers and you can't teleport with it.

All class set pieces can't be gambled. And neither can base level 70 legendaries.

Only way to get specific upgrades is blood shards or legendary plans. And farming the legendary mats for the plans seems like a waste of time unless you can do it on a high torment. You'll get your mat after a while, combine it and...it will be a downgrade to your rare.

Unless you have 100% crit chance, your comparison is faulty from the outset. If your current +fire% + 20% leads to a lesser damage increase than 3.5%, the CHD weapon is better. You need a LOT of base +fire% for a 20% increase to only be 3.5% overall increase.
