Not sure if directed at me or not, but I will comment anyway. I'm very surprised at how wide an arc LTK can hit sometimes. I'll feel like I'll have to reposition a bunch of mobs and nope, LTK has 3-4 of them stunlocked, hammer away. It's the reliability of hitting that seems suspect.

I think you underestimate that balancing part. If you watched early RoS beta, there were some hilariously broken legendaries. Solanium, for example, used to have 10x the proc chance. Whole screens just filled with health globes.
