Yes, I did the clean install. I guess the integrated graphics must be working through the dead card, because I disabled the card and the monitor is still working. I contacted the vendor, should still be under warranty. Thanks for the help guys

Good idea, but no effect. Still the same issue. What gets me, is why the hell is the card even working at all with no drivers installed. I should have nothing, not an almost functional card with a few (critical) features missing.
