I had one years ago, and recently added a Xpenology(Synology) VM to my ESXi host. They have come a long way since I had my little Qnap. I moved my Plex server off a dedicated Windows box to it and it didn't miss a beat. Looking for other ways to leverage this.
How old is your system? If it's old it may have a 2.5TB disk/partition limit.
Regardless for Windows you will want to create it as GPT disk as opposed to MBR
After closer inspection I am incline to say it's not Michelle Keegan, based on size/shape, the face looks really close, just longer hair.
