    NFL 2020 Season: Gravy Edition!

O'brien just buried them. The Tunsil trade was too much, but at least if you're trying to win now getting a Pro Bowl lineman makes some sense, but after making that trade you trade Hopkins for a ham sandwich. holy shit.

    Wonder Woman 1984 (2020)

Also, there was Xmen arcade game, there was a shitty captain america and avengers one too, but the xmen one was super popular and eventually had that crossover game with streetfighter.

You should ask her that since you're talking about fetishes how she'd feel about you having a baby bird fetish. And when she asks you if you'd like to have your food prechewed, you explain that's not what you mean. What you want is a to have a baby bird inserted into your butthole, preferably...

    Wonder Woman 1984 (2020)

That's why the MCU succeeded. But it wouldn't exist at all if there weren't successful comic book movies before then.

    Wonder Woman 1984 (2020)

I mean they made a popular XMen cartoon that still gets referenced for it's theme song regularly, and without those first xmen and spiderman movies you don't have an MCU.

    NFL 2020 Season: Gravy Edition!

Fair enough. I'm not suggesting he's a good fit, just saying that there's plenty of head coaches that don't call plays. If you can manage the team and give it general direction it can still work well.

    NFL 2020 Season: Gravy Edition!

Well the playcalling thing can be fixed somewhat by giving that particular job to a coordinator or something if he's good at the other stuff.

    Wonder Woman 1984 (2020)

I mean comics were selling millions of copies in the late 80s/90s. That's pretty much main stream as pop culture stuff goes. Xmen was a popular cartoon as well. unless you're conflating mainstream with just old people.

    NFL 2020 Season: Gravy Edition!

Tim Couch was totally defendable. Most teams would have taken him in that spot. The Quinn, Wheedon, Manziel picks were all head scratching. Most people had Darnold ahead of Mayfield too, but at least you can understand that one a little. Those other 3 were wild and generally involved trading...

    Wonder Woman 1984 (2020)

The mutant stuff and Spiderverse comics outsold everything else combined through the 80s and 90s. not close. There's a reason those were what got bought by Sony and Fox. Wolverine and Spiderman were the 2 most popular characters Marvel had by orders of magnitude. Wolverine made guest...

    Wonder Woman 1984 (2020)

In the 80s and 90s basically A tier for Marvel was Spiderman and Xmen. Which was why those 2 particular brands were what got bought when Marvel was going under. Hulk was probably in a tier by himself between those 2 and the rest. Thor, Iron Man, Captain America, and maybe like Daredevil and...

not sure it really matters which has more when both have many, many thousands to draw from.

    Wonder Woman 1984 (2020)

Depends on what you mean by characters but both comic companies have thousands and thousands of characters to draw from and Marvel regularly digs into some deep C tier garbage list and makes awesome movies out of it. Guardians of the Galaxy? Who regularly read that shit? Like nobody.

I think it's a bit overrated myself. An OK origin movie with a horrendously bad final act. But the entire 1984 movie is like that final act in the first one. It's so bad.

    Wonder Woman 1984 (2020)

Man of Steel is at least a coherent movie with an actual story. The story butchers Superman Mythos, but it's an actual story with some structure. Superhero combat and Faora A+ additions as well.

    NFL 2020 Season: Gravy Edition!

Coming into the season if you had told me the Dolphins would be 10-6 with a chance to make the playoffs in week 17 I'd have been pretty pleased with that, but it certainly isn't very fun this afternoon. And needed any of 3 teams to lose with only the Colts left. And they're playing...

I mean Allen is killing it, but like you said 2 of those scores weren't on the defense, and 4 turnovers puts them in a bad spot.

    NFL 2020 Season: Gravy Edition!

Not sure Tua having a bad game against one of the best teams in the league makes him a scrub but this certainly isn't good. Allen killing it too, against one of the best defenses in the league. Hoping the Colts lose to Jacksonville isn't ideal.

College Football 2020-2021 Season and the Covid-19 Bowl

That's going back like 100+ years, Michigan has had 1 National Title since 1948, 1 12 win season ever, and 4 11 win seasons since 1971. Ohio state has had 7 11+ win seasons in a row before this one, most of which were 12+ wins.

I mean the 80s style cheese is and terrible choreography is is part of the appeal. It does have stupid flips and acrobatics which in and of itself is already total nonsense, but all the fighting is also at like half speed. The fact that every argument turns into huge scale karate brawls is...

I know people like to shit on Harbaugh, but he's had them winning like 2-3 more games a season than they were before he got there. And not sure why people think Michigan is some kind of Alabama or Ohio State kind of program, it never has been.

Show looks awesome. And for sure I'd much rather the focus be on SW vs CM. The character is way more interesting and she's done good work so far. Loki also looks awesome. The one I'm a little mixed on still is the one with Stan and Macky. Sebastian Stan is awesome and I think he'll be...
