HWMonitor, Afterburner and Master all tell me the same temps

Not even sure I’d know what settings are for oc or not. I rarely go into bios except to set up boot devices.

Its not the paste, I’ve done those enough to know what I’m doing with that regard. I have three front fans and the one back exhaust. Speccy is something I can download that will let me see if that’s the case? Someone in another thread said that the ryzens are set to self autoclock usually.

My ideal temps are as you said. 30-40c How do I NOTover lock it?

My voltage is usually around 1.2-1.3 and the percentages of it while in use seem appropriate.
