Definitely would prefer a high level shit IV Snorlax. Picking up level 28 pokemon like Snorlax, Eggsecutor or a Hydro Pump Vape is a great way of saving dust while building an army. I'll trade you one of my four when trading comes around, assuming it doesn't have to be done in person.
