I played pretty extensively in multiple beta weekends and on the last beta I made it to level 23 in one weekend. Level 20 is nothing to sneeze at time wise.

Far as I am aware, you can play on any server with a code from anywhere. For live at least. For Open beta.. you might have to make a new account.
