Depends on class. In PoP for example as a wizard BiS is Wand of Impenetrable Force and Barrier of Freezing Winds. In LDoN though you can get 40 percent ice focus so you could replace the Barrier with a Tactician's Shield for the Heroic INT. Non Wizard casters will generally use Wand of...

Mostly not very much. If you want to do Efreeti or HBC in Mistmoore though you can expect to be contested/trained at least on occasion so be prepared. It might come up rarely at other loot camps as well, but that will likely be the exception not the general trend.

As the tank? or just as a dps slot? In the first case they're probably on average the highest dps tank, for the 2nd it'll be mediocre since they're dps on raids is more about burn damage, not sustained.

SKs might be the single overall strongest class on these TLP servers when raid geared. They do so much. They tank, pull, dps, can solo difficult individual mobs better than most.

Just wish Kawhi had not gotten hurt in game one. This would be a totally different conversation at this point.

I agree in general, but with Devotion you just need permanents of a certain color. The fact that almost no blue permanents that were regarded as good enough over 2 sets and the deck still being good says something.

He's talking about character transfering. You have to level the guy to 20 to do it, but that won't be too hard.

It still plays a lot of very powerful cards so I don't think it was likely just going away.

I sort of enjoyed the Blue devotion deck when Theros first came out. The problem was after 2 additional sets the deck was still like 68/75 identical at the end of the format.

SK epic is retarded because of the Marl parts. And without the 1.5/2.0 happening on this server, it makes it even less exciting, but not having your best dps weapon in kunark is kind of shitty.
