Bloodlust Toggling lets you target friendlies in the "Conflict" zones (unprotected non peace time 30+ zones) and inflict damage. This will flag your name purple and will take 30 seconds (Depending on action) to unflag back to green named. Being purple and commiting crimes will leave blood stains...

It only really takes 20-25 hours to max out. AE pulling is pretty good xp with the right spec to supplement fast clears of Quests. Also using teleports and recalls cuts down on travel time pretty decently. Especially in a duo quest situation where you can take someone elses portal to the next...

Spamming abilities has nothing to do with weapon swap delay, instead spamming weapon swap hotkey while the server is unable to accept new actions is what causes it. Server being unable to accept new actions in large battles is just plebian

I currently use 5 heals and 5 damage attacks and a few buffs/debuffs/dispel and potions (roughly) A bar for weapon swap macros, a bar for pets/mounts/boats/glider, a bar for pots and buffs, a bar for heals, a bar for dmg/debuff/movement abilities. I fucking love bars.

Big difference between Sushi and Sashimi, since the topic was sushi, I commented on it. What you describe is Sashimi. Sashimi is great, love it. In seattle here we have some pretty solid fresh fish that makes great Sashimi. I've had sushi that had no fish in it, it was a Mango Honey...

It's because the hero engine modularization forces abilities to do a server check first before it fires. So if the server is shitting itself, it's just going to spaghetti all your abilities after it gets done wiping it's ass.

Absolutely, if you spammed abilities too much they would double-pump or pump-fake multiple times in a row. It's not fair to call ESO's engine the Hero engine, as they took the skeleton of the hero engine and made their own from it. You can tell they kept the server side animation firing though.

Arm-chair dev mode (on) Weapon swap issues present themselves in times of extreme server load. For the EU's simply being on a 300ms ping US based server is enough of an environment to count as an extreme version of server load, especially if you're a button masher like I am and flooding the...

Questing and Linear Leveling progression is a bit themepark (Crafting proficiencies excluded), the rest of the game is open world and large scale. Housing/Commerce/Crime/PVP is pretty deep, and impactful. Protected zones make for less PVP interaction than I'd like, but that's to cater to the...

I don't either, because the system can be gamed, for instance: There's this zerg guild that has 500 members, so any time there's a guildie of theirs in a trial, the majority of the jurors are likely going to be selected from the zergy guild as they have the majority of the faction population...
