I'm sure if every raid had 18 tanks, there would be a lot more tanks fucking up as well. It's all in the odds, man. The more people you add, the better the chance of someone screwing up. DPS is like 70% of the raid, so odds are it will be a DPS screwing up!

I'm at 645 ilvl now and can get ~19 - 20k single target with potting / bloodlust / etc. My DPS takes a major dump on stuff like Twins where I gotta move around a lot. I gotta get rid of my shitty 630 heroic weapon though!

But you still need to an active raider to get better than 'normal'. You can't get 670 mission rewards without having at least 15 raid kills at 655(normal)
